Directions
- Cook the glass noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Stir-fry the vegetable in a pan with oil, onions, then carrots, and mushrooms & Abalone seasoning with pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Combine the noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Add the stir-fried vegetables to the noodles.
- Toss everything together until well mixed. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and salt as needed.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & fresh coriander leaves before serving.
