Glass Noodle 250g
Red pepper 150g
Carrot 150g
Onion 50g
Shiitake mushroom 15g
Fresh Coriander 10g
Soy sauce 30g
Sesame oil 15g
Sugar 15g
Garlic 8g
Salt 2g
White Sesame Seeds 15g
Abalone 120g

Directions

  1. Cook the glass noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Stir-fry the vegetable in a pan with oil, onions, then carrots, and mushrooms & Abalone seasoning with pinch of salt. Set aside.
  3. Combine the noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
  4. Add the stir-fried vegetables to the noodles.
  5. Toss everything together until well mixed. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and salt as needed.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & fresh coriander leaves before serving.
